The teacher in Berezniki, Perm Krai I sued the student and won. He has to pay. 10 thousand rubles for insulting a teacher. 

An emergency occurred in class last November. A ninth-grade student was late for chemistry. The teacher reprimanded him, asked him to leave, and then re-enter, but only after asking permission. 

"The student made an obscene hand gesture at the teacher and then left. The teenager returned a short time later, but the teacher refused to let him into the classroom. The teacher filed a lawsuit. The Berezniki court ruled that the student's words had humiliated the teacher and that he must pay the teacher for moral damages. If the student's personal income is not available, the money will be recovered from the teacher's parents. The court's decision can still be appealed.

Internet users also sided with the teacher, noting that the compensation was too small.
