👍93-year-old Vladimir Kravchenko He was unable to obtain resident status in besieged Stalingrad due to a lack of necessary documents. The prosecutor's office helped him: employees found archival documents and witness testimony that confirmed Kravchenko's residence in the besieged city. Vladislav Kuznetsov already handed over The pensioner received a "Resident of Besieged Stalingrad" badge and identification card. The pensioner will now be entitled to the required payments and benefits;
