The crew of the light aircraft that disappeared two days ago near Irkutsk has contacted the authorities: everyone is alive.

Two pilots of a Cessna light aircraft out contacted about an hour ago. They reported that they were on a hill, 90 km from the city. BodaiboA rescue helicopter has already taken off for them.

A Cessna was monitoring forest fires in the Bodaibo district (eastern Irkutsk region). On August 3, the aircraft departed from the village. Mama и stopped to make contact. There was a commander and an observer pilot on board.

According to their report, they managed to land the plane safely in poor weather. Within two days, they assembled a radio station, climbed a hill, and transmitted their coordinates to a passing Bodaibo-Irkutsk plane.
