19 Hours in Line for Gas: Fuel Crisis in Penza

Since the end of last week, most gas stations have been out of gas. Cars form long lines even before the fuel truck arrives.
A NeMoskva subscriber reported joining the line at a Rosneft gas station on Friday, August 21, at 3:00 PM. By 6:00 PM, the station had run out of gas. The next shipment wasn't delivered until Saturday, at 10:00 AM. In total, they had to wait in line for 19 hours.
Lines of 30-50 cars form even in front of gas stations that are not part of the large Rosneft or Lukoil networks and sell gasoline 50 rubles more expensive—120 rubles per liter.
Moreover, if in the very Penza You can still find something, but in the districts the situation is worse. In the city Kamenka, which is located 70 km from the regional center, there was no gasoline at all this weekend.
Today, a subscriber drove past several Rosneft and Lukoil gas stations in Penza—they still had no gas.
