Tsap-tsap. New version: the state will seize warehouses, oil refineries, and other facilities whose owners failed to provide protection from shelling.

Putin signed A decree authorizing the seizure of so-called critical infrastructure facilities from their owners. These include oil refineries, transport and logistics centers, power plants, and other facilities that are "particularly important for ensuring the security and economic stability of the Russian Federation."

If the owner fails to ensure their properties are protected from shelling, the state may take them under temporary management. Similar measures may be taken if the owner delays restoring the property after damage.

These assets will be managed by Rosimushchestvo or “another person” appointed on Putin’s instructions.

The temporary management can be terminated and the enterprise returned to its rightful owner only after a personal order from the president.

Who do you think will be responsible for critical infrastructure facilities if the state itself is unable to protect them from shelling?
