A second fire at an oil depot in Sochi raises alarm in the Perm region.

A second fire has been reported at the Rosneft-Kubannefteprodukt Adler oil depot in Sochi. This facility is adjacent to the international airport and supplies it with fuel, according to OSINT analysts at Astra. Reports of the new fire on Aviatsionnaya Street appeared on social media without prior warnings of drone attacks or air raids. As a reminder, the facility had previously been hit on the night of September 4.

Meanwhile, the Perm Krai has officially declared a drone alert, according to the Ministry of Environmental Protection. Regional Telegram channels are actively publishing footage of drones flying over Perm, and eyewitnesses are reporting the loud wail of sirens.

Pressure on a Kazan activist and street protests for Lida Moniava

Kazan activist Andrei Boyarshinov, sentenced to five years in prison for "justifying terrorism," has been in solitary confinement for over a month. According to a support group, the formal pretext for violating prison rules is related to the confiscation of his personal diaries by prison administration. A commission may soon recognize the political prisoner as a repeat offender and transfer him to strict conditions.

Consequently, public reaction to the persecution continues in the capital. Stickers in support of Lida Moniava have appeared in Moscow, with the caption "Return Lida to the Children." Last week, the director of the "House with a Lighthouse" children's hospice was detained in Moscow on charges of disseminating "war fakes." Moniava categorically denied the charges.

The head of Buryatia makes bear jokes amid a predator invasion.

Regional officials also distinguished themselves. Buryatia Governor Alexey Tsydenov generated a neural network image of a bear and joked about the predator's presence in his own office, commenting on the abnormal increase in bear incursions near populated areas this year.

Ultimately, despite 37 recorded cases of animals appearing near homes and tourist sites in the region, as well as deaths in neighboring Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Altai Republic, the official merely urged residents to avoid making noise in the forest and taking selfies.
