Localita. People who help us see the country
Russia is vast, diverse, and constantly changing. To tell an honest story about it, we need the voices of those we trust. Localita is a trusted group of readers and viewers of NeMoskva who help us better understand the regions.
We don't have journalists in every region. We physically can't keep track of everything. And we can't always be in the right location.
But most importantly: It's important for us to notice what remains unnoticed by major national media. You can help where your local knowledge and perspective are indispensable.
Tell us more about your location. Share news. Send photos or videos. Tell us what's really going on. Help find the people involved. Provide expert commentary on your topic.
You decide for yourself, Whether to respond or not. Any assistance is voluntary.
Any reader of NeMoskva who loves their city or town understands its unique characteristics and shares our values: respect, decentralization, and attention to the regions.
It's important It's not where you live now, but whether you maintain an emotional connection with your location.
You become part of a project that influences understanding of the country. You help us to tell more precisely about what is happening in the regions.
Your knowledge of the place becomes an asset. What you you notice in everyday life becomes a point of reference for journalists. These are not "trifles," but rather what shapes the picture.
You have direct communication channel with the editorial staff, to whom you can report news or ask any questions.
Is this even safe?
We have organized the process so that it is as neat as possible:

- journalists receive truncated, partially anonymized data;
- no contacts are passed on to other reader-assistants;
- interaction is impersonal, takes place through a bot, without general chats;
- We will never ask for dangerous actions or set a risky task;
- If the publication's status changes and the risks increase, we will notify you immediately.
How to join?
