A rehabilitation center for those fighting in Ukraine is planned for construction in Novosibirsk.

This was discussed during a conversation with the president. Putin сообщил Governor Andrey Travnikov of the Novosibirsk region. 

"We're already beginning to develop the project to begin construction next year. If you support us, as I'm asking for, and instruct the government to consider funding, then, of course, we can implement this project much faster and launch it within a year and a half." - stated Travnikov.

It is reported that a site in the resort area has already been allocated. The facility is expected to accommodate up to 400 people at a time, and participants in the so-called "SVO" program will be able to stay there for up to a year.

Apparently, the authorities understand that "there will be a demand for deeper rehabilitation" and a huge influx of war wounded in Ukraine.

Also at the meeting Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin praised Travnikova for a "balanced and effective financial policy," and the governor of the Novosibirsk region asked for support for his nomination for a second term. "I think you'll succeed," - stated Putin.
