Vyacheslav Gladkov criticized A 150-child kindergarten project on Mayakovsky Street in Belgorod, where a rocket crashed on July 3, 2022, killing several people.

"The kindergarten must have a unique appearance and fit harmoniously into the existing infrastructure. Its lighting must not interfere with the view of residents of neighboring apartment buildings. And, of course, the kindergarten's design must reflect the memory of the tragic event. How can this be accomplished? This is a challenge that designers have yet to solve.", the governor said.
