"No violations detected." A resident of a Kirov village announced an indefinite hunger strike due to a leaking roof after major repairs.

The Prosecutor's Office of the Kumensky District and Kirov Region, the reception offices of the Governor and the President - Irina Vedernikova, a resident of the village of Rechnoye I went through all these authorities, but in vain. The roof of the house at 14 Lenin Street as it flowed, so it did continues to flow almost 7 years after major repairs.
The 70-year-old house was "overhauled" in 2017: rusty iron was laid directly on the moss-covered beams of the roof, and the rotten rafters were only partially replaced, with the worst rotten sections being sawed out.

Vedernikova immediately tried to draw the authorities' attention to the substandard work, but received only formal replies. Sometimes she was encouraged by responses like "under review," but in reality, that was all.
"Irina Aleksandrovna intends to begin an indefinite hunger strike both to draw attention to and to try to 'unravel the thread' started by the contractor—a private firm, A-Stroy LLC, which allegedly received around a million rubles back in 2017 for what was officially called a major overhaul—and by the head of the Mokhovaya administration, who approved the Certificate of Completion of Work." — the newsler.ru article says.
The house continues to deteriorate, and the roof leaks after rain and snowmelt. The warranty on the work performed recently expired.
Almost all regional (and other) media outlets wrote about the problem, but there was no reaction from the authorities.
