Political scientist Mikhail Serenko was detained in Volgograd. He may be suspected of aiding Prigozhin's military rebellion.

Six special forces officers and an investigator broke in They raided the political scientist's apartment around 22 p.m. on June 24. They first searched the apartment, then detained Serenko and took him away to an unknown location.
According to his wife, security forces confiscated almost all of the electronics from the house, with the exception of her phone, her daughter's phone, and two tablets. They did not allow her to call a lawyer.

According to her, operational support was provided by FSB officers, and the criminal case is being handled by the Investigative Committee.

Mikhail Serenko He is known as a political scientist, publicist, and media owner. He was previously the head of the Traktorozavodsky District of Volgograd and a city council member.
