Residents of several villages on the northwestern outskirts Vladimir planned to hold a rally on July 8.

In a notice addressed to the mayor, they indicated that the event would take place in a vacant lot in a residential area. Yuryevets, which in fact has long since turned into a spontaneous parking lot for cars.

"Holding a rally on the specified part of the land plot with 300 participants will result in significant damage to the landscaping element of the area (trampling of the lawn)", the officials explained.

According to residents, no one asked for their consent to the placement of such a facility.
