In Altai, more than 500 people are unable to descend Mount Sinyukha after a mudflow.
Eyewitnesses publish video showing the aftermath of the mudflow that occurred in the Altai region village of ManzherokStreams of dirty water mixed with stones paralyzed traffic on the streets and roads.
According to one of the video's creators, more than 500 people are stranded at the year-round ski resort on Mount Sinyukha. They are unable to descend because the cable car's mechanisms are flooded.
«How the hell are they supposed to get them down through this water, the water's waist-deep there?" the man asks.
