A private passenger transportation service was organized by a resident Bolotnoye Valery Bogdanov, Said VN.ru. 

"I saw online that people in the city were complaining about taxis. Sometimes there aren't enough cars, sometimes you order one and no one shows up, sometimes they refuse to take you far.
