Navalny's lawyer, who failed to appear in court, has left Russia.

The lawyer spoke about this. Alexander Fedulov reported on his Instagram page.

«The situation has become strange., he wrote. The arrest of our colleagues who defended Navalny has made significant adjustments to the work of the remaining free defenders."

According to him, “the need to travel outside the Russian Federation” is a necessary adjustment “in the further protection of our client’s interests.”

Today Alexander Fedolov was supposed to participate at the hearing on the claim Alexey Navalny to the colony, but stopped answering calls.

The day before, on October 13, security forces detained and placed three of Navalny's lawyers under arrest. They are accused of "participating in an extremist group."
