"If we've entered the struggle for global domination..." Members of St. Petersburg's electoral commissions are being forced to register in the electronic voting system.

This information was confirmed to NeMoskva by two sources who work in electoral commissions. St. Petersburg. They reported that messages demanding registration in the remote electronic voting system began appearing in work chats several days ago, sent by heads of territorial and precinct election commissions.

Members of all territorial election commissions and precinct election commissions in St. Petersburg faced coercion, — one of the sources emphasized.

Judging by the screenshots that published St. Petersburg communists are forcing commission members to "mandatorily submit an application" to register in the DEG system and vote during the "all-Russian training session" scheduled for November 15-17. Leadership also asks for "reports on submitted applications" and encourages "the involvement of family members."

Those who refuse to do this are not told anything in some commissions, while in others they are threatened with sanctions, — another source clarified. — A member of one of the precinct election commissions was told that he would be penalized—supposedly, those who failed to register with the Department of Electoral Commissions would receive less pay for their work. Unfortunately, many precinct election commission chairs and territorial election commission chairs like to take on responsibilities they are not legally entitled to. They act like feudal lords.

The chairman of one of the precinct election commissions in the Nevsky district declared in a work chat that there was "no need to rock the boat" and provoke "great upheaval" in the country.

"We must exercise prudence and patriotism, trusting government agencies, because the STATE is our everything!" he wrote. "If we have entered the struggle for global domination, then we must be united as never before."

There are no mechanisms that will help control the transparency of voting in the DEG system, — a source told NeMoskva explained his reluctance to comply with the leadership's orders. — In fact, this is a legalized way of falsifying elections.
