Six Non-Moscow students will celebrate Tatiana's Day in prison.

Today, Russia celebrates Students' Day, also known as Tatyana's Day, the day of their patron saint.

All day long, officials at various levels have been posting congratulatory messages on their social media accounts, highlighting the opportunities and prospects of young people and the government's contribution to the students' successful future, and thus to the future of Russia. Special mention is made of those who put aside their academic work to "pay their debt to the Motherland" and went to the so-called "SVO" zone.

"NeMoscow," in turn, tells the stories of some students celebrating today's holiday in pretrial detention centers, prison colonies, and punishment cells. Scroll through the cards!
