Eyewitnesses write that “some kind of rocket flew past, right in front of my eyes, then there was a terrible sound, very scary”, “I saw a flash, heard a loud bang and saw burning debris flying down.”
Later, reports began to appear that an oil refinery or oil depot was on fire.
One user said it was "burning really brightly," but he couldn't upload photos or videos to social media: "They banned it. They're telling me not to send them."
