Humanitarian aid for the SVO was found in a landfill in the Rostov region.

Food boxes for Russian army soldiers were found at an illegal dump в Bolshoy Dolzhik farm in Rostov Oblast. 

Employees of the Kuban confectionery factory identified their products, which they had collected for shipment to Donbass, among the garbage. 

According to the general director of Kuban for confectionery production Natalia RomanovaThe footage shocked the plant's employees, and they cannot understand how the cargo destined for Donbass ended up in the trash. 

"The city administration periodically approaches us with requests for assistance for the SVO, just like everyone else. And we always respond. They bring trucks, and we load up the products, quite a bit. Where they go next, we don't know exactly. We trust our local authorities, and where they go from there is [unknown]. We're simply told, 'We've provided assistance, thank you, that's all.'", - Romanova said.

Administration of the Rodionovo-Nesvetaevsky District called the video filmed at the landfill a fake, claiming it was "an unauthorized dump where spoiled food from local businesses or one of the chain stores was dumped by unknown individuals." 

However, Romanova claims that she recognized the very boxes in which the plant sent humanitarian aid.
