Direct hit: A house caught fire after shelling in the Belgorod region

It happened in the village Krasnoe, Shebekinsky urban district, the regional governor reported Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"A private home sustained a direct hit, causing it to catch fire. Emergency services will begin cleanup operations after the shelling ends," he wrote. According to preliminary reports, there are no casualties.

This is not the first incident today. This morning in Belgorod the missile warning siren sounded, and soon in Belgorod district Air defense shot down an aircraft-type UAV.

Drones also attacked neighboring regions. Kursk region struck a fuel and lubricants warehouse twice, causing a fire. Several UAVs were shot down over Voronezh.
