More than 50 relatives, friends, and fellow villagers of Ramzan Kadyrov hold leadership positions in government agencies, businesses, and public organizations in Chechnya. Some of them lack higher education or management training. Many of Kadyrov's children, of whom he officially has 14 (two of whom are adopted), ascend to high-ranking positions immediately after graduating from school. In response to criticism of "nepotism" and possible career-driven corruption, the regional governor stated last year, "I appoint those I trust."
Last week, the Chechen Republic saw more personnel appointments. Ramzan Kadyrov included his children in the expert council for the preservation and development of the Chechen language, which he himself chairs, excluding distinguished writers, journalists, and academics.

It's difficult to say what connection these newly-minted "experts" have to these fields. NeMoskva was unable to find any information about Khadizhat and Akhmat's higher education. The website of the head of Chechnya and the government of Chechnya also doesn't list their biographies, although all other government officials have certificates.
However, as practice shows, the lack of not only specialized but also higher education in general among Kadyrov's children does not prevent him from appointing them and their relatives to lead entire departments and organizations.
Ramzan Kadyrov's children actively meet with foreign politicians, as in February Akhmat Kadyrov met with the King of Bahrain “with the aim of further strengthening friendly relations between Russia and the Kingdom of Bahrain,” and in early March he was received by the King of Jordan.
