Marketer Sergey Oleshko Sklizkova started working as a street cleaner on Tverskaya Street six months ago. Since early spring, he's often been seen in a hazmat suit. And that's not the only creative aspect of his approach to work.

Oleshko learned about performance art at a lecture at the Rails Center for Contemporary Culture. There, he was captivated by urbanists' thoughts on how urban space influences people's consciousness. This is how the idea for the hazmat suit was born. He doesn't discuss urban concepts with residents, but simply tries to convey them through humorous performances.
After six months of working as a janitor, the 36-year-old man's health deteriorated and he decided to take his work seriously: he ordered a more comfortable shovel and started eating healthier.
Despite the difficulties, Oleshko has no intention of quitting his job: he gets up at 5 a.m. every morning, and recently took on another section of the job.
