A new attraction is being installed at the Kaleidoscope amusement park. The 50-meter wheel with 18 enclosed cabins will open in mid-summer.

"Some might say it's not the right time, but I think it's the right time. We're all waiting for this difficult situation to end, we're all waiting for victory, and I'm sure it's just around the corner. And, of course, we need to do the right things in peacetime—develop our cities and villages." - said the governor.

Subscribers inquired about people's safety during the entertainment. "When the siren sounds at the top of the Ferris wheel... how long will it take to descend?
