The Taliban are back in Kazan, participating in an international forum on education.

Representatives of a terrorist organization Taliban arrived in Russia for the forum of education ministers “Shaping the Future”, in which involved "friendly countries" - Central African Republic, Sierra Leone, Eswatini, Yemen, Cameroon, Niger, Chad, Uganda.
