Participants of the "SVO" want their licenses back, which were revoked for drunk driving and other violations.

According to the bill, published in the State Duma's electronic database, proposes suspending the deprivation of driver's licenses imposed under administrative law for all participants of the "SVO" in the combat zone.

After leaving military service, a driver's license will be able to get Those who left the service due to age or health reasons, or who received a state award during their service. If discharge occurred after the end of their conscription or contract service, their rights will not be reinstated.

Members of volunteer units will receive rights even if they leave the service due to the end of their contract.

The bill also applies to those who had already lost their licenses before the new rules came into effect. Their licenses will be reinstated without the need for an exam or medical examination.
