To pay "foreign agent" fines: The former head of Navalny's headquarters in Cheboksary is being lured into war with Ukraine.

Bailiffs sent a letter to the author of the Telegram channel "Angry Chuvashia" by Semyon Kochkin with an invitation to a meeting and a demand to pay fines of 30 and 50 thousand rubles for the absence of a "foreign agent" marking.

In the document UFSSP, Incidentally, he reminded us what salaries and one-time payments are due to those who signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense.

"Thanks for the offer, but Semyon won't participate in such a thing. And I feel very sorry for those who, burdened with fines and debts, agree to join this criminal and senseless war.", — comments the team of "Angry Chuvashia".

In March 2023, a case was opened against Kochkin for "discrediting the army" due to anti-war publications in "Angry Chuvashia." In September of that year, he was placed on the wanted list, and in November, a case was opened against him for "repeated propaganda of prohibited symbols" due to posts featuring the white-blue-white flag, which Russian authorities consider the symbol of the Legion. Freedom of Russia.

Semyon himself lives outside of Russia. This doesn't stop security forces from taking aim at his sister—in early July, Alexandra Kochkina's home was searched in connection with a new case against her brother. She was subsequently questioned. Center "E" officers also questioned her about a trip to visit her brother in February 2023.
