Since 2009, the fee has been maintained at 550 rubles per 15 kW, but in 2022 the state canceled a tax benefit for the population on technological connection to the power grid. The minimum rate immediately increased to 3 thousand rubles per 1 kW and continued to increase every year.

Currently the minimum rate is 5570 rubles per 1 kW (the final price is set by the regions). For cottages of 100–300 sq. m with centralized gas supply, 10–12 kW is required, and with full electrification (including heating), 26–38 kW. This means that you will currently have to pay a minimum connection fee. from 55 to 211 thousand rubles.

If the government approves Rosseti's proposal, the amounts will almost double.
