The Psibatiskaf provides psychological assistance to those affected by the fighting in the Kursk region.

"Psibatiskaf," a free psychological support service for anyone unable to surface on their own, is organizing an emergency support group and opening a helpline for civilian victims, their families, and friends.

"We consider it our direct responsibility to provide assistance to those citizens who have been abandoned to their fate for the sake of their ambitions, and who have no other recourse. We are also convinced that harm reduction within our own country is precisely our responsibility, as we are Russian helping practitioners and activists," Psibatiskaf volunteers wrote to NeMoskva.

🌟On Wednesday, August 21st, there's an emergency support group for Kursk. If you live in the region, have relatives or friends there, or are simply frustrated by what's happening, please submit a request using the "Support Group" button in the bot (@psy_batiskaf). The meeting will take place at 19:00 PM Moscow time, and the group is free.

🌟 You can also contact the @psy_batiskaf bot for help. You can get two crisis consultations free of charge. After you submit your request, it will be processed and you will be connected with a specialist. The project employs people who specialize in trauma, PTSD, and anxiety.

Representatives of friendly organizations—activists or aid organizations—you are welcome. Psibatiskaf asks you to repost this post so that more people know about their initiative.
