"Liquidation of the Sick." A signature collection has begun in Tara against the abolition of blood transfusion stations.

On the eve of the Ministry of Health Omsk region объявил The closure of a number of blood donation centers is planned. Only two locations are planned for the entire region where donors can donate blood.
Starting October 1, blood drives in Tara, Isilkul, the regional children's hospital, the emergency hospital, and the oncology center will close. The blood center on Magistralnaya Street and its branch on Berezovaya Street will remain open for donors.
Donors from the Tarsky District published a petition stating that the department currently has 193 donors: 77 honorary donors, 22 primary donors, and 5 married couples. The department began developing during World War II and is now equipped with all the necessary equipment.
"The Tarsk Central Regional Hospital has intensive care units and an operating room where a patient could require an emergency blood transfusion at any moment. If the unit closes, their life would be in danger, as there would be no blood supply." explained donors.
According to them, to collect donor blood for a patient at the Tarsk District Hospital, an employee would have to travel 300 km to Omsk and back. A blood transfusion for a patient at the Ust-Ishim Central District Hospital would require a one-way trip of 543 km.

Residents of Tara were skeptical about the donors' initiative: "What signatures? Everything's already been decided. No one's taken the interests of the population into account for a long time!"We've already optimized ourselves... Liquidation of hospitals - and patients».
At the same time, Omsk television aired a patriotic story about the Youth Wing of the People's Front, which took part in the "Remain a Donor" campaign.
"Donating is always important, especially now. By spending just 40 minutes of our time, we save two lives."- shared member of the ICNF team Maxim Bondarev.
