Unknown persons planted a cross in a pile of earth that serves as a barrier blocking the entrance to the bridge.
Previously, the bridge served as the shortest route from the SHI residential area to Kinel. Due to its closure, local residents are forced to make a long detour through the village to reach the hospital and other facilities. Some residents lost their nerve and abandoned the repairs to draw attention to the problem.
"The bridge was previously used by buses. Therefore, this problem has impacted the transportation inaccessibility of the most vulnerable residents—pensioners." рассказал eyewitness.
Locals claim that no work is being done on the bridge.
