A new glitch has been detected in Telegram.
Problems with the messenger began at 2:00 PM Moscow time and are observed in almost all regions of Russia: in some places, users are complaining of slow sending and receiving messages, while in others, messages are not being sent or received at all.

According to Sboy.rf, Telegram was down for almost an hour. The last time the app experienced such a major problem was on the night of June 8th and 9th, when it was down for almost an hour and a half.
Today, Russian users also experienced disruptions in the VKontakte messenger and some banking applications (including the SBP money transfer system).
