The governor stated this Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"We will maintain all forms of assistance to SVO participants in 2025, with the exception of the one-time payment of 3 million rubles upon signing a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense. This measure will only be in effect until December 31, 2024. And starting January 1, this payment will return to 800 rubles. We will allocate over 1,6 billion rubles for all other planned purposes.",

В Perm region, against, increase One-time payments more than tripled: from 400 rubles to 1,5 million. However, according to the presidential decree, the payments are also limited to December 31. The payment amount for Perm contract soldiers starting January 1 has not been announced.
