"The Voronezh Region government has increased payments to 75 rubles for Voronezh residents who are helping those wishing to enlist in the military. Future defenders of the Fatherland, who are just deciding whether to enlist, need answers to many questions. Army community assistants provide tremendous assistance in providing these answers, as well as assisting with arriving at the military enlistment office and signing a contract." — the Voronezh government said in a statement.
