Alexey Gorinov was sentenced to 3,5 years in prison for justifying terrorism.

A new criminal case is underway against a former municipal deputy who has begun just yesterday, already approaching completion: a few minutes ago the prosecutor requested term in three and a half years.

According to the prosecution, Gorinov "justified terrorism" while he was in the prison hospital and discussed the explosion on the Crimean Bridge with his fellow inmates.

Gorinov himself stated that he did not comment on the explosions on the Crimean Bridge, and that the new case against him was fabricated.

A former deputy has already been sentenced to seven years for "fakes about the army": Judge Olesya Mendeleeva appointed them because Gorinov, at a meeting of the Krasnoselsky District Council of Deputies, called the "SVO" a war and proposed a minute of silence in memory of the dead.
