Foreign agents will be prohibited from managing their income in Russia.
The State Duma adopted an amendment regarding special bank accounts for foreign agents: now, only these accounts will be used to deposit proceeds from the sale of real estate and vehicles. This scheme also applies to interest on deposits, as well as income received through "intellectual activity" and real estate rentals.
Foreign agents will only be able to manage all this money after their status is removed.
«The adopted law will prohibit scoundrels from enriching themselves at the expense of the citizens and the country they betrayed. Money earned in Russia must not be used against it." the Duma speaker stated Volodin.
