This is an Amur goral from the Land of the Leopard National Park.
Fluffy goat gauging in front of the camera, as if taking a passport photo. And then she goes off to submit biometrics: for humans, it's fingerprints, and for gorals, it's the unique shape of their curved horns (each individual is unique).
By the way, there's another theory that explains the animal's behavior in the video: it's watching Putin's direct line. And it doesn't understand a thing (just like you and I, by the way).
