In Yekaterinburg, a proposal was made to introduce a new subject, "Parental Labor Technologies," into the secondary and higher education system.
A professor at the Department of Sociology and Technologies of Public and Municipal Administration at the Ural Federal University proposed introducing such a subject in universities, colleges, and technical schools on the "Accent" program on the local OTV television channel. Anna Bagirowa. In her opinion, teaching of a new subject should be continuous throughout all courses, and attendance should be mandatory.
"The secondary vocational and higher education systems should have some kind of course like 'Parenting Technologies,' which, in addition to the technologies themselves, would, of course, convey important messages about the value of family for the state and about existing government support measures, so as to raise awareness and strengthen the informational background," – Anna Bagirowa noted.
She also supported the idea of increasing the stipend to the minimum wage. She believes this will allow students to focus on their studies and personal development, as well as starting a family, without the distraction of part-time jobs. It should be noted that the minimum wage currently stands at 19,242 rubles.
Recently, officials have been actively proposing new event formats designed to promote dating and family formation for young people. Recommend look for your other half at polling stations, and winter skating rinks turn to the matchmaking sites.
Students are not left without attention either: they are reminded that the ideal age to start a family is 18-19 years old, they are urged not to delay having children, and sometimes promise and financial support, such as payments of 100 rubles for female students who have given birth.
