Residents of Chuna made money from garbage, but not all is fair.
In the Irkutsk region, the mayor of the city Chuna Nikolay Khrychov запустил Flash mob: He promised to pay 500 rubles to anyone who sent him photos of uncleaned garbage sites.

The idea proved popular—just three hours after the initiative was announced, residents had reported 12 problem areas. Khrychov quickly summarized the results, announcing that he had paid the photographers. However, it soon became clear that not everyone was willing to honestly search for the mess—some decided to create it themselves.
"And to those who deliberately scattered trash for photos, I would advise them not to do so again. There have been such people," the mayor noted.
Khrychov said that awarded Residents used their own money. He also assured that only one case of counterfeiting had been recorded: a teenager removed the bag from the container, placed it nearby, and photographed it. Despite this incident, the mayor called the experiment a success.
