"Some are happy with everything." Parents complain that beatings and harassment are common at a Kaliningrad boarding school with a military focus.

About regular fights and bullying between some pupils стало известно in the end of January.

Parents told Klops that one child had furniture dropped on him, injuring his chest, another was subjected to "blackouts," and a boy from a religious family had a vape placed in his pocket. Another was "spanked on the bottom," and another was pressed against from behind. And in 2022, an 11-year-old boy, according to his mother, became disabled after his spleen was removed following the beatings.

The boarding school administration claims that the parents made a big deal out of nothing, and that “the children were just playing.”

Kaliningrad resident Natalia, who organized the parental protest, yesterday reported reporters:

"When I went to pick up my son's documents, investigators and prosecutors were at the boarding school, questioning [the teachers]. I know some parents are fine with it—they're throwing mud at me.".

According to the parents, the governor Alexey Bezprozvannykh saidIf the facts are confirmed, "the director will take action." A roundtable discussion to address the issue is scheduled to take place at the institution today.
