Participants of the "SVO" in Russia's regions are promised business training and guaranteed employment.

🔸 The first municipal business laboratory in Russia, "SVOE Delo," was opened in Surgut district of YugraThe project's creators claim that it will help returning military personnel and their families learn the basics of entrepreneurship and start their own businesses. However, only 13 people will be able to participate.

"Upon completion of the course, graduates will receive certificates, completed business plans, access to necessary materials, and project support from an investment manager," promises Andrey Trubetskoy, head of the Surgut district. 

Three graduates, according to Trubetskoy, will travel to Moscow "together with the Yugra business community to exchange experiences with the capital's entrepreneurs."

🔸 In Primorsky Krai They will help the "heroes of the SVO" in a different way - deputies of the regional Legislative Assembly have developed a bill that will establish mandatory quotas for the employment of combat veterans.

According to the bill, employers with over 100 employees will be required to allocate at least 5% of their positions to veterans. Companies with 35 to 100 employees will be required to allocate at least 3%. 

"Today, one of the most important factors in the social rehabilitation and adaptation of combat veterans is employment," the idea's authors assert.
