Lawyer Katerina Tertukhina reportedthat during the stage Gorinov He fell ill: he developed nausea, weakness, coughing, and shortness of breath. On his first day in the Novosibirsk pretrial detention center, he had an X-ray and discovered tuberculosis lesions.

"Gorinov is being treated well, but there's nothing to treat him with. He was given medication and prescribed a special diet—additional butter, milk, and casserole. We're now asking for the transfer to be postponed. Gorinov is missing part of a lung, and tuberculosis is doubly dangerous for him; he may simply not survive the disease.", - said Tertukhina.
