Public speaking training will begin for SVO participants in Karelia.

According to the director of the institution and former deputy minister of culture of the region Sergei SolovyovPublic speaking skills are important for future officials and leaders, so the theater is ready to offer acting workshops and public speaking classes for participants in the "Heroes of Karelia" program.

"Participants in the ["Heroes of Karelia"] program will have four in-person modules, followed by a final project. They will receive a diploma for their retraining. We need to familiarize our participants with cultural heritage sites," said the secretary of the public council for the program's implementation. Natalia Barinova. 

The "Heroes of Karelia" personnel program launched in the region in March of this year. After selection and training, those returning from the "SVO" will be able to find employment at leading companies and in government agencies, according to the authorities. According to the latest data, over 200 people have already applied to participate in the project.

In addition to the National Theatre, the National Library, the National Archives of the Republic of Karelia and the National Museum joined the programme.
