Garbage collectors have gone on strike in Krasnoyarsk Krai due to wage cuts.

Garbage truck drivers didn't come out to replace Krasnoyarsk and Zelenogorsk because the regional operator RostTech reduced their salaries by 15%, explaining that “there is no money.”

"The salary was 90 rubles, but suddenly it dropped to 75 [thousand rubles]—that's for the first class. There are three classes—for the third, the minimum salary is 65 for 15 work shifts," they say garbage collectors.
