The owner of one and a half acres in the middle of a public road turned out to be the former director of the construction company EFA-2 Alexander Bogomolov.
"When you bought the apartment, I was the director of a company. Now I'm retired. I don't own this land right now; I just haven't had the time to take care of it. I'll do some landscaping, and there will be paid parking."- explained He is on the phone to one of the residents.
When criticized for blocking the road and the parking entrance, Bogomolov's only response was, "So what?" He almost seemed offended by the residents, saying he'd sold them 400 apartments, and they were making a fuss over 150 square meters.
The secret of the gross errors in the ad was revealed simply: it was written by a third-grader, the granddaughter of a retired businessman.
Residents intend to fight for the plot, but due to the absurdity of the situation, they don’t yet understand how exactly.
