In St. Petersburg from the colony freed Vladimir Mironov, a graduate student at the St. Petersburg National Research Academic University. Before his arrest, he was developing cancer drugs. 

In February 2023, Vladimir was arrested for breaking the windows of the Vyborg District military registration and enlistment office and writing "No to war," "Stop killing," and "How much more can you kill?" on the walls. He was charged Indictment on criminal charges of hooliganism and "discrediting" the army, and was sentenced to four years. The sentence was reduced on appeal.

According to the investigation, which the court accepted, Mironov, "demonstrating a disdainful attitude" and "grossly violating generally accepted norms of behavior," used a wrench to smash two windows on the first floor of the military registration and enlistment office, causing property damage totaling 25 rubles. He then spray-painted graffiti with his "opinion on the SVO" on the building's façade. The damage from the graffiti was estimated at 6,6 rubles. At the trial, Vladimir's mother, also a researcher, told, that before his arrest, Mironov devoted himself entirely to his studies and science, developing drugs for cancer, and while already in pretrial detention, he asked for scientific papers to be sent to him.
