A developer "accidentally" nearly demolished a car repair shop in Tyumen. It was covered by the KRT program.

The developer "Strana Development" has begun demolishing a car repair shop on Dombovskaya Street in the owner's absence. The site was included in the integrated territorial development program (ITD), and the construction company is already constructing a high-rise building nearby.

The developer had previously offered the owner Vladimir Bobov buy out the studio, but the entrepreneurs couldn't agree on the price.

"My building was appraised at 25 rubles per square meter, and I was apparently supposed to give away the hundred square meters of land in the center. The market value of similar properties is now 150–200 rubles per square meter. I believe the developer is pressuring me to take over my property for next to nothing." sure Bobov.

The KRT program was originally intended to improve people's living conditions by demolishing dilapidated housing and constructing new buildings, along with all associated infrastructure. In reality, it's being implemented rather aggressively and is proving problematic for property owners.

The porch of one of the two entrances to the auto repair shop building was broken, the roof was warped, and interior trim panels were torn off.

The construction company promised to restore the building and claimed it was an accident. However, several days before the demolition began, unknown individuals broke into the premises and vandalized the premises.

Earlier, NeMoskva wrote about the demolition resist residents of the private sector of Tyumen, especially Old ZarekaHow is renovation going in other regions? the text "Destroy cities and lives."
