An electronic military registration registry has been launched in several regions; people have received notifications via Gosuslugi.

Residents received notifications about entering information into the military registration register Tatarstan, Mordovia, Magadan Oblast и Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, сообщает lawyer for the Movement of Conscientious Objectors Artem KlygaIt is known that the system also operates on Sakhalin.

For example, in the registry have included Information about a man from Tatarstan, currently in reserve. He received a notification in his account on the Gosuslugi portal.

In the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, a reservist exempted from conscription due to fitness category "B" received a notification. He clarified that the registry had an extract available, but not all the data was included. Furthermore, the field "Availability of a deferment/exemption from military service" indicated "No."

"I don't know what stage the developers are at now, but we see that work on setting up the ERVU is not stopping for a minute, even in the regions," сообщил Artem Klyga.

Military registration and enlistment offices are collecting and digitizing data on conscripts for the registry. The database itself has been operating in test mode since at least September 15, 2024. However, the registry website is failing to open, displaying an error.

It's still unclear whether the electronic summonses have arrived in the registry or whether restrictions have been established. "This is a new situation, and we need time to prepare precise instructions and a full analysis for you," пишет project "Go through the forest".

Human rights activists previously emphasized that with the launch of the registry, it will be virtually impossible to escape the notice of military enlistment offices, and previous recommendations to avoid accepting a summons will no longer apply. Once a summons is published on the website, conscripts will be prohibited from leaving the country. Seven days after its publication, the summons will automatically be considered served. Failure to appear at the military enlistment office within 20 days will result in a ban on driving, obtaining loans, registering vehicles, and registering as a sole proprietor.
