25 thousand euros for an offended cat and a dog's soul: how homeless animals are cared for in different countries of the world

On August 16, the world celebrates International Animal Day. While some countries guarantee cats and dogs the "five freedoms," Russian regions are passing laws permitting euthanasia one after another. For example, corresponding laws have already been passed in Transbaikalia, Khabarovsk Territory, Khakassia, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Astrakhan и Orenburg fields.
