Yamal janitor gets 12 years in prison for video on channel with 96 people 

36-year-old resident of the village Pangody Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Igor Yakunicheva found guilty of disseminating "fakes" about the Russian Armed Forces, justifying terrorism, and calling for attacks on state security, reported Mediazona. The criminal case was initiated following videos of Russian military crimes he published on his channel "Infinity Is Not the Limit," which has a reach of 96 people. 

Mediazona also notes that an investigator was investigating his case. Alexander Varapaev — the same one who refused to hand over Alexei Navalny's body to his mother. According to Yakunichev, Varapaev reclassified his charges as more serious. 

In addition, Yakunichev is in pretrial detention threatened He was subjected to sexualized violence, placed in solitary confinement, and once forcibly hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital. Yakunichev did not admit his guilt.
