An explosion and a fire broke out in Taganrog.

Local Telegram channels сообщают An explosion and a major fire were reported in the industrial zone near the former Taganrog Automobile Plant. Drones did not record any of the fires at the time.

"According to Rosseti PJSC, there was an emergency shutdown of a high-voltage line. Power is out in several areas of the city," wrote Mayor Svetlana Kambulova posted a message on her Telegram channel, adding that the emergency is expected to be resolved within two hours. 

Local residents also report a lack of water in some areas.
